Director of Operations
After living life as a bull rider, rock climber and ski bum, Hal thinks marketing is pretty tame. After serving as the Digital Creative Director for the same agency, that evolved through 5 different names, it was time to breakout with some friends and AcrobatAnt was formed. During his time as a co-owner of AcrobatAnt, his challenges were everything digital and operations of the agency. Hal has over 25 years of experience building client relationships ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. He specializes in marketing, account management and operations. He has a way of bringing out good ideas from talented people as well as showing clients the vision and promise of strategic marketing.
Senior Marketing Coordinator
Michelle has been planning, launching and growing world-changing ideas with amazing individuals and organizations over the last twelve years. She supports our clients and team by coordinating all aspects of digital strategy and client experience funnels in a way that drives customer conversions, facilitates efficient daily operations, and helps get adventure company owners out from behind their desks. Her love for working with adventure brands developed alongside her love of diving, sailing, and kayaking from her island home in the Florida Keys.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications and a focus in Mass Media. She discovered her love of the outdoor adventure industry while working on the University’s high ropes course and kayak rental shop. Throughout her studies and professional career, corporate social responsibility has been a rooted interest; she loves driving this unique type of corporate thinking forward with the Liquid Spark team. She enjoys using her marketing experience, combined with her affinity for the outdoors, to show clients that their business goals are achievable while staying environmentally and socially responsible. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her hiking and camping around her home in Western North Carolina.
After starting her career at a non-profit, Stephanie transitioned to corporate marketing where she spent 15+ years working at a global media company. In 2016 she left the corporate grind to purchase an opinion survey business and has been managing it alongside her marketing consulting business since. Through her survey business Stephanie helps companies measure their customer experience: having good data is the key to any successful marketing campaign and Stephanie understands what data is needed and how to get it. On her downtime, she likes being outdoors to reset, unwind, relax and recharge. Whether that be a cabin in the mountains for a weekend getaway with her husband, a vacation to the lake, beach time, a motorcycle ride through the hills of Oklahoma or her own backyard, being outdoors is where it’s at for her!
