COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

A cookie is a piece of text that gets entered into the memory of your browser by a website, allowing the website to store information on your machine and later retrieve it. Our Site, products, and services may use cookies, unique device identifiers (like Apple ID For Advertisers on iOS devices, and Android Advertising ID on Android devices), and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to distinguish you from other users and better serve you when you return to the Site, product, or service, and to monitor and analyze the usage of the Site, product, or service. Cookies also enable us and our third party partners to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the onsite or in-product experience through content, features, and advertisements.

We, along with our service providers, may also use other Internet technologies, such as Web beacons or pixel tags, Flash technologies and other similar technologies, to deliver or communicate with cookies and track your use of the Site, product, or service.

Note: Your preferences may be stored in opt-out cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, your choice preferences may not be effective. If you delete cookies, you may remove your WebChoices opt-out preferences, so you should revisit and review your preferences or to update your choices to include new participating companies.

WHAT KIND OF 3RD PARTY DATA MIGHT BE COLLECTED WHEN I VISIT YOUR SITE

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understanding the behavior of our customers and work with companies that collect information about your online activities to provide advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on other websites because we contract with Google and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). These companies also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

You may opt out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the YourAdChoices consumer opt-out page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising and edit or opt-out of Google ads via your preferences settings within your Google account on your desktop and mobile device(s). Note: Opting out at the browser level does not apply to data collection in mobile apps. To separately make choices for mobile apps on a mobile device, you can download DAA’s AppChoices application from your device’s app store. Alternatively, for some devices you may use your device’s platform controls in your settings to exercise choice.

META Retargeting: Custom Audiences
Liquid Spark uses Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver advertisements to Website Visitors on Facebook and Instagram based on email addresses collected from you with your permission, as a newsletter subscriber, past or current client, or inquiry, where you voluntarily provided your email address. Liquid Spark may use information we collect from you to display advertisements to you on Facebook.

META Pixel
Conversion tracking helps us measure the return on investment of Facebook and Instagram Ads by reporting on the actions people take after viewing those ads. We create pixels that track conversions, add them to the pages of our website where the conversions will happen, and then track these conversions back to ads we are running on Facebook.

No personal information is contained in or collected as a result of using these cookies or pixels.

Opt Out of All META Remarketing Ads
You may opt-out of receiving Facebook ads through adjusting your Facebook privacy settings.

GDPR, Can-Spam, CCPA
Liquid Spark’s collection and use of personal information, third-party cookies and pixels and third party email newsletter software meets current GDPR, Can-Spam, and CCPA requirements as of the date of this privacy policy update. Subscribers and visitors may opt out of ads or enewsletters at any time, per the privacy policy detailed on this page.
