AI Use Policy

OVERVIEW

At Liquid Spark, we believe that using Artificial Intelligence (AI) responsibly enhances the quality, creativity, and effectiveness of our marketing work without compromising privacy, trust, authenticity, or transparency. This policy explains how we use AI technologies, how we protect customer data, and the principles that guide our approach.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI

We use AI tools and technologies to support insight, analysis, and content creation in ways that improve our work for clients and partners, always with clear guidelines on what is authentic versus what is AI-generated. AI is a tool for human insight, not a replacement for it. Our team reviews, verifies, and refines all AI-assisted outputs before any use or publication.

We do not use AI to generate authentic images or videos of adventure tourism activities or places, nor do we create or use AI-generated media as though it was authentic media (images of videos) taken onsite. We use AI to help edit, sharpen, color correct, etc. images and videos where appropriate. If we create any AI-generated image or video for tourism use, we will clearly identify the media as AI-created. We believe authenticity in multimedia is a core principle and value in authentic adventure travel and tourism.

DATA PRIVACY AND PROTECTION

When using AI tools for analysis or support:

  • We remove names, emails, and personal identifiers from all data sets before analysis.
  • We comply fully with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable frameworks.
  • AI is used only for internal insights and not for publishing, sharing, or distributing private data.
  • Client, traveler, or agency data is never sold, shared, or used to train external AI systems.

TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION

We believe open communication builds trust:

  • We inform our team and clients what AI is analyzing and why.
  • When calls or virtual meetings are recorded for note-taking or analysis, participants are informed in advance and may opt out of recording at any time.
  • Any AI-assisted insights are used to improve customer experience, marketing strategy, and operational efficiency, always within ethical boundaries.

NO USE OF CUSTOMER DATA FOR AI TRAINING

Liquid Spark does not contribute client, agency, or traveler data to train public AI models. All AI analysis takes place within secure, privacy-compliant systems to protect sensitive information.
